Content & Video SystemsCheat Sheet

The AI Content System Cheat Sheet

This is the full system that turns one approved idea into a posted video. You approve. The AI builds the rest. Here's every tool and step, in order.

Trusted sources: feed the machine

It all starts with input. You pick a few sources you trust. You set a schedule so they push fresh info to you. That info lands in a content triage. You only keep the good ideas. This is the top of the funnel. It runs without you chasing it.

How to set it up

  1. Pick a few sources you trust in your niche.
  2. Set a schedule so they push info to you.
  3. Send every new item into one triage list.
  4. Approve only the ideas worth making.

Best for

Creators who never want to stare at a blank page again.

Notion: your content command center

Notion holds every reel in one place. Each row has the video title, the CTA, and the edit layout. It also has a description for each platform, since the hooks differ. It tracks each stage too: triage, recording, and editing. The AI does the steps. You stay the human approver.

How to set it up

  1. Make a database with one row per video.
  2. Add fields for title, CTA, and edit layout.
  3. Add a description field for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  4. Add status fields for triage, recording, and editing.

Best for

Anyone who wants one source of truth for their content.

Claude Code: the orchestrator

This is the brain. When an idea is approved, Claude Code runs a sequence of steps you set up once. It finds the next item in your pipeline. It identifies the source and builds a project folder for the assets. If the source is in another language, it translates it. Then it writes the script and waits for you.

Try this

You're my content orchestrator. Find the next approved item in my [pipeline]. Identify its source, then create a project folder for all assets. If the source is in [language], translate it to English. Write a short script in my voice. Then stop and wait for my approval before the next step.

Best for

Builders ready to wire steps together instead of doing each one by hand.

Script review: the first approval gate

The AI drafts the script in your style. You read it and decide. Approve it as is, or ask for a tweak right there. Nothing moves forward until you say yes. This keeps the voice yours while the AI does the typing.

How to set it up

  1. Read the drafted script in Notion or your folder.
  2. Edit any line that doesn't sound like you.
  3. Approve to unlock the next steps.

Best for

Creators who care about voice but hate first drafts.

HeyGen: the avatar video

Once the script is approved, HeyGen builds the talking video. It uses your standard avatar and turns the script into a narrated clip. The render runs in the background while parallel tasks fire off. You watch the percent climb and move on. No camera, no lighting, no retakes.

How to set it up

  1. Set up your standard avatar in HeyGen.
  2. Feed it the approved script.
  3. Start the render and let it run.
  4. Keep working while it finishes in the background.

Best for

Faceless creators or anyone who doesn't want to film.

AI b-roll: visuals on demand

Static talking heads get boring. While the avatar renders, the system checks the script. Need a visual but no demo or avatar footage? It pulls stock footage when that fits. Or it generates AI video to explain the scene. You get clips that match the moment, made on the fly. Even a first pass looks clean.

Best for

Creators who want motion without filming everything themselves.

Brand logos: auto-fetched mentions

When the script names a company, the logo should show on screen. The system reads the script and spots those brands. Then it grabs each logo and drops it into the video. Mention OpenAI or Claude, and the marks appear without you searching. Small touch, but it looks pro.

How to set it up

  1. Keep a small folder of common brand logos.
  2. Tell the system to scan the script for brand names.
  3. Have it pull a matching logo for each mention.
  4. Place the logo on the matching scene.

Best for

Anyone covering tools, news, or product launches.

Captions: the final layer

After the render, captions go on. They follow the style you set once, so every video matches. When they're done, the video opens for your review. You can edit anything that's off right there. Happy with it? The status flips from scripting to edited. That's your second approval gate.

How to set it up

  1. Set your caption style once: font, size, position.
  2. Let the system burn captions onto the render.
  3. Review the finished video when it opens.
  4. Approve to mark it edited.

Best for

Short-form creators, since most viewers watch on mute.

ManyChat: comment-to-DM on autopilot

Your CTA shouldn't need manual setup. Whatever CTA you put in Notion, ManyChat creates the comment card for it through an API. So when someone comments the keyword, they get your link in a DM. The trigger is built as you post. No fiddling after.

How to set it up

  1. Connect ManyChat to your social accounts.
  2. Write your CTA and keyword in Notion.
  3. Have the system create the ManyChat card via API.
  4. Confirm the comment trigger sends the right link.

Best for

Creators turning comments into leads and DMs.

Auto-post: one click to every platform

This is the finish line. You hit post once. The video goes to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with the right title, description, and CTA for each. Different hooks per platform, all handled. You approve the script, approve the edit, and hit post. That's the whole job.

How to set it up

  1. Write a description and hook for each platform in Notion.
  2. Approve the final edit.
  3. Hit post once to push to all platforms.
  4. Let the system attach the right CTA per platform.

Best for

Anyone posting the same video across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Setup Order

Not sure where to start? Use them in this order.

If you're a solo creator

Start with Notion as your command center. Then add Claude Code to run the steps. Plug in HeyGen so you never film. That trio alone turns one idea into a finished video.

If you want reach across platforms

Layer captions and AI b-roll on top for clips that hold attention. Then add ManyChat and auto-post. Now one approval sends a tailored video to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

If you run a small business

Lead with the input side: trusted sources feeding your triage. Let Claude Code build, and let ManyChat capture every comment as a lead. The system markets while you work on the business.
